The incumbent is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the corporation. The President is accountable for ensuring the ongoing financial sustainability of the corporation and acts as an effective steward of the corporation’s financial and non-financial resources. The position is responsible for building, mentoring, leading, and retaining a high performing leadership team, an engaged workforce, and a culture characterized by excellence, integrity, collaboration, and community-mindedness. This incumbent is accountable for defining and communicating the strategy and plans to ensure continued renewal, growth, and sustainability of the corporation through ensuring the business development and executive activities result in market share growth.
